Admiral David Nottage Region 4’s New RC

I would like to thank all that applied for the position of Vice Regional Coordinator. Everyone was very qualified and it was as difficult decision.

I am pleased to announce that Captain Ronald Coleman of the USS Wessex has been offered and accepted the position. He will take office with me on February 1, 2016.
